No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on orders that have been paid for and shipped.
Returns for Store Credit
We have a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. Store credit may be used to reorder the same item or a different item, once your return has been received, inspected, and approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused with tags still attached
- Free of odors and damage
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to approve or deny any return after inspection.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at contact@myteespeech.com before sending anything back. We will send you return shipping instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@myteespeech.com with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
Exchanges
Return your item first. Once your return is accepted and store credit is issued, use that credit to purchase the new item you want. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you need.
Final Sale Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Print-on-Demand Items
Items that are made to order may be subject to different return terms due to their custom production nature. Contact us at contact@myteespeech.com with any questions before placing your order.
